ORDERING PROCESS & PROCEDURE
Can I buy from your site in a currency other than US Dollars?
- Yes!
What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with a money order or purchase order?
- We accept payments from all major credit cards and express payment options such as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- We cannot process money orders, purchase orders, orders placed over the phone, or cash transactions.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
NOTICE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Due to the Canada Post strike starting May 23, 2025, shipments sent via Canada Post may experience delays. Tracking updates may be delayed, but you can monitor your package’s status as usual. Once the strike ends, Canada Post will resume normal operations. For urgent concerns or significantly delayed orders, please contact our customer support team. Please use Canada Post’s website to monitor for official updates.
NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Due to recent shifts in the import/export landscape in the USA, your order may experience delays during Customs Clearance. Regrettably, this is beyond the control of both us and our shipping partners. For updates on your order, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@warrenjames.org. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we adapt to these ongoing changes.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with Warren James, Inc (“Warren James”) , you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Warren James’s acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
Prior to Warren James’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Warren James reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Warren James, for any reason whatsoever. Warren James reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Warren James shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Warren James shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Preorder Period Refunds: No worries! You can totally get a refund during the open preorder period. Just shoot us an email at customersupport@warrenjames.org, and we’ll take care of it. Once the preorder period closes, refunds won’t be available, so don’t wait too long!
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or defective (which is super rare, but it happens), let us know within 21 days of delivery. Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We’ll check it out and, if everything checks out, hook you up with a replacement, repair, or refund (depending on what’s available). Once your claim is processed, we’ll let you know what to do with the damaged item.
All refunds will go back to your original payment method—easy peasy!
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Need to tweak your order? We get it! Once an order is placed, changes (like shipping address or payment method) can’t always be guaranteed. But if it’s a preorder and the window is still open, we’ll do our best to help you out. Just reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll try to make it happen!
CANCELLATIONS BY THE SELLER
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Warren James monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Services are quoted in U.S. dollars.

MERCHANDISE
I wear a size ____ can I have apparel made for me? Can you print my design? Can I pick a different color?
The sizes and cuts we offer for our apparel come straight from the manufacturers, so the range is based on what they have available for us to utilize. We understand the need for smaller or larger sizes sometimes, but we are unable to accommodate specific requests for certain sizes or cuts.
All of our merchandise is ordered in advance in cooperation with the creators and their visions, and shirts are printed off-site based on the work order, so we can not alter a design/print a design on a different color base.
What brand of shirts do you print on? What is the fiber content?
Most of our shirts are printed on Next Level Apparel or Bella + Canvas shirts, occasionally a shirt is printed on American Apparel, Gildan, or other brands. This information will generally be in the product description. To be sure that the size you are ordering is the correct one, a size chart is included on every product page that designates the brand of apparel.
As for the fiber content of the apparel, most of our shirts are 100% Cotton, with some being cotton/polyester blends. If there is a specific piece of apparel you want to know more about, feel free to email us (storehelp@dropout.tv) and let us know the name of the product you would like additional details about!
Why am I being charged now for preorder items?
It is our policy to make sure payments clear before shipping out any items. We do this by processing the payment upon checkout. If a payment is declined, your order will not be shipped.
How should I wash and care for my items?
For mugs, we recommend hand-wash only to ensure the print lasts as long as possible. Mugs are safe for microwave use, but do not leave a mug in a microwave for more than 5 minutes.
Shirts/hoodies should be turned inside out, washed in cold water and tumble dried on low to ensure longevity of both print and fabric. If you are worried about shrinking, then line-dry apparel. Ironing is not recommended, as some print methods (plastisol) are heat cured and will melt.
We do not recommend washing posters or CDs.
When will you get [blank] back in stock?
If and when an item restocked varies depending on the item and who the creator is. Unless it is a limited edition or limited time sale, most items are restocked as they sell out, so we don’t always have a way to estimate when that will be. If you’d like to be notified when an item is available to purchase again, simply click the “Email Me When Available” button to add your email address to our list!
