However you may recall that during the series, our perfectly round lil Bogariel has the ability to take the form of Bog-owl-riel, a perfectly adorable round owl. Order Processing and Shipping Timelines

The holidays are right around the corner, and we want to make sure you get all of your orders on time! Due to high order volumes, our current order processing time (the time it takes for your order to leave the warehouse after you place an order) is about 5 - 10 business days. Want to receive your items by Dec 24th? Please read our holiday shipping deadlines.

Orders that include preorder items will ship all together at the time noted on the preorder product’s page. Domestic orders with standard shipping will arrive 7-10 business days after shipping from our warehouse. Expedited shipping is also available for most destinations, and expected shipping times will be noted at checkout.

Returns & Replacements
We will send a free reshipment of any orders lost or damaged in transit within 6 months of the original order date. We will provide refunds for items returned to us as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (if applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
