New York City is a magical place, but in the world of Dimension 20: The Unsleeping City, the magic is much more literal. The Vox Populi is the Waking World's representative for the city, and the Vox Phantasma is the representative for the Six Borough of Nod. Normally, there is never a Vox Populi at the same time as a Vox Phantasma - but when they are able to co-exist, it can be the stuff of miracles. Orders that include preorder items will ship all together at the time noted on the preorder product’s page.
Domestic orders with standard shipping will arrive 7-10 business days after shipping from our warehouse. Expedited shipping is also available for most destinations, and expected shipping times will be noted at checkout.
Returns & Replacements
We will send a free reshipment of any orders lost or damaged in transit within 6 months of the original order date. We will provide refunds for items returned to us as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (if applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable. International Orders
