Order Processing and Shipping Timelines
Our current order processing time (the time it takes for your order to leave the warehouse after you place an order) is about 3-5 business days.
Orders that include preorder items will ship all together at the time noted on the preorder product’s page.
Domestic orders with standard shipping will arrive 7-10 business days after shipping from our warehouse. Expedited shipping is also available for most destinations, and expected shipping times will be noted at checkout.
Returns & Replacements
We will send a free reshipment of any orders lost or damaged in transit within 6 months of the original order date. We will provide refunds for items returned to us as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (if applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable. International Orders
If your order is shipping outside the US, please be aware that additional customs duties or taxes may be due upon delivery. Keep an eye on your tracking information to see when your order is clearing customs and if your parcel is being held for any duties/tax payments.
