SHIPPING DEADLINES
Each individual product page will list where that product ships from. Please reference the product prior to ordering.
PREORDERS, BACKORDERS & SPLIT ORDERS
If your order contains any preorder or backorder items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.
For the fastest delivery, be sure to order preorder/backorder items separately from in-stock items. Though this means you’ll have two separate orders, this ensures your ready-to-ship items aren’t held up.
No. Preorder and backorder items ship only when available. Even if you order before the holiday cutoff, these items may not arrive before Christmas unless they are in stock.

HOLIDAY ORDERS FAQ
Due to high order volumes during the holidays, our order processing time is 5–10 business days from order placement to items being shipped. Shipping carriers may also experience delays, so please allow extra time for delivery.
Unfortunately, no. All orders, sale or otherwise, follow the same 5–10 business-day processing window during this period.
Because orders move quickly into processing, we cannot make edits, cancellations, or address changes once your order is submitted. Please double-check your cart and shipping info before checking out to avoid delays.
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer gift wrapping, gift receipts, or gift notes at this time.
Please follow the holiday shipping cutoff dates listed above and ensure your items are in stock. If your cart includes preorder or backorder items, we suggest submitting a separate order for those items to prevent shipping timeline delays.
No, all shipping timelines are the same and expedited shipping is not available.
Yes! Just be sure to place international orders by December 1st for the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery.
Absolutely! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Please give the tracking information 24 hours to update after being sent. If it still hasn’t updated after that timeframe, please reach out to us at shop@dropout.tv.

No, we cannot price match items purchased prior to Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale event.
If your item does not arrive in time and you would prefer to return the order for a refund, please reference our return policy. All holiday orders are subject to our standard return policies which can be found HERE.
