It’s huge and so beautiful!

Great texture. The colors avoid being too saturated which I had been a little worried about. The cat started an immediate and intense love affair with the thing.

Ordered on July 1, it is now July 29 and my order has not arrived. Definitely going to be the last time I order Dropout merch.

Hi Sara,

Thank you for reporting this issue to our support team. Upon further investigation, it seems your shipment was shipped on time, but was being held up at customs, which we unfortunately don't have any control over. We took a look this morning and it seems the original package was released from customs, so it should be making its way to you soon.

We sincerely understand that this was not the best experience; rest assured this is not the norm.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team through the ticket you have with us.
